In 2009 OREweb.ca received a call from a long time user of one of our brands of products. They had a shredder from one of our manufacturers - which they purchased in 1978. Over the years, they "never put a penny into repairs on the unit".
Then, the unthinkable happened - it died on them after 31 years of reliable use.
