Equipment Warranty
OREweb.ca offers the full manufacturer's equipment warranty on all our office equipment including paper and multimedia shredders, folders and PBX phone systems.

Below are the terms and conditions, and warranty coverage for any of the office equipment we sell. In all cases, as we only sell new items, the manufacturer's warranty is covered for 1 year. Some items do have extended warranty coverage.

Other products we sell will also have extended or Life Time warranty on certain components of the equipment. Items such as paper cutters and trimmers, commercial paper shredders have cutting parts which may have 3 year or Life Time warranty on the cutting parts, as well as the standard warranty for the main parts.

DAHLE EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES

Dahle Equipment Warranty

Dahle Equipment Warranties are on a per product type level and are generally covered for 1 year. Cutters and Trimmers, as well as Shredders may have different warranty coverage for components and additional terms and conditions.

Rolling Trimmers

Dahle North America, Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials and assembly (excludes cutting blades and clamp).  This warranty applies to the original owner only. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Paper Cutters & Guillotines

Dahle North America, Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials and assembly (excludes cutting blades).  This warranty applies to the original owner only. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair. 

Stack Cutters

Dahle North America, Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials and assembly (excludes cutting blades). This warranty applies to the original owner only. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair. 

Vantage Trimmers

Dahle North America, Inc. offers a 1 year limited warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials and assembly (excludes cutting blade). This warranty applies to the original owner only. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair. 

Letter Folders

Dahle North America, Inc. offers a 90 day limited warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials and assembly.  This warranty applies to the original owner only. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair. Feed wheels and pressure pads are not covered under warranty as they are regular consumable wearing parts. Maintenance kits can be purchased from OREweb.ca directly.

Shredders

Dahle North America, Inc. offers different warranty options depending on the model and type of shredder you have – Check with your OREweb.ca Representative on the warranty available for your model of shredder. This warranty applies to the original owner only. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Ideal-MBM Equipment Warranties are on a per product type level. All product lines will carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty and may have different terms and conditions for certain components after the first year. Some cutters and trimmers have lifetime warranty coverage.

REPLACEMENT PARTS - All products

1 year limited warranty on mechanical parts, 90-day limited warranty on electrical and electronic parts.

MBM Corporation agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there is no evidence of abuse and we first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period. Wearable items are not covered under warranty. Wearable items include, but are not limited to: blades, sticks, staple heads, light bulbs, rubber rollers, belts, feed stones, separator pads, fuses, clutches, and brakes. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses. Warranty claims must be submitted with replacement part order. MBM Corporation makes no further warranty of any kind and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose. FOB North Charleston, SC for products sold in the US. FOB Ontario for products sold in Canada.
