The Dahle Cutting Blade (Part #975) is for use in all the Personal series rotary models. The blade and assembly are available as one unit replacement only.

  • Part #975 = Gen 2 Older SINGLE RAIL cutting bar style
  • Part #00975-20084 = Gen 3 Newer FLAT RAIL style.

To replace the blade, remove the cutting head from the slide bar and replace the old blade, then re-assemble the cutting head / slide bar onto the trimmer.

This part is for use in the following Dahle Professional paper trimmer models: 500, 507 and 508.

The Dahle replacement cutting head with blade - Cutter generation specific - for use in the 550 / 552 / 554 series rolling trimmer models:

  • Part #00.10.00647 = Gen 2 Older SINGLE RAIL cutting bar style
  • Part #00647-21260 = Gen 3 Newer DUAL RAIL style.

Simply remove the old head and slide in the new replacement blade with-in a matter of seconds. Some disassembly required on the cutter siding to install.

These parts are for use in the following Dahle Professional paper trimmer: 550, 552 and 554 models, generation design specific replacement part selection required.
