Destroyit 2260 / cc - Deskside Home Paper Shredder
Destroyit 2260 deskside paper shredder is designed for small office use under or beside the desk. With the see through waste bin window, you can quickly see when it's time to empty the shred bin. The bin, which automatically shuts off the unit when removed, simply pulls out to dispose of the waste bag and replace with-in a few seconds.
Intended for 1 or 2 employee use, this unit is lightweight and durable enough for low volume day to day shredding. This model uses solid cutting shafts rather than blades to provide a lifetime of reliability and performance at the desk. The strip cut is capable of destroying smart cards like debit and credit cards, as well as Cd's, DVD's and Blue-ray data disks.
Shred format for your document destruction and security needs is the main factor you should be considering when choosing a model - for most offices, the Destroyit 2260 cc cross cut is the preferred choice because is provides confetti like waste. Strip cut is not recommended if personal or sensitive business information is in the documents you normally use.
