Dahle 142 Professional Large Format Guillotine Paper Trimmer is an ultra large 42" area trimmer. Like the other smaller cutters in this line, this model is intended for use on a table top or workbench which can accommodate it's dimensions.
This model has a really durable blade that is made out of Solingen steel, one of the most widely used metals for commercial equipment like this. The blade is beveled so it will always produce a clean burr-free cut no matter what type of material you’re trimming.
This unit has an impressive cutting capacity. It can cut up to 40 sheets of paper in one go, making it perfect for large jobs. And it can be used for smaller tasks as well. With safety in mind, the blade can be locked into place so it won’t fly up unexpectedly. Also, there’s a metal fan-shaped guard that will keep your hands away from the blade while working.
