Dahle 585 Premium - Large Format Guillotine Paper Trimmer
Dahle 585 Premium Large Format Guillotine is one of the largest area trimmers available on the market in its class. With an ultra-sized 43" cutting area, it can accommodate most jobs in the print trade and can be used for other commercial / industrial applications.
Safety, comfort and ease of use have all been taken into account in the design of this model. The table height allows maximum pressure when working, and a manual foot pedal provides even pressure across the clamp, and allows quick release to maximize work flow.
One of the neat features of this unit is the optional laser guide which is used to indicate the exact trim line on material. This maximized accuracy and eliminates waste due to improper measuring by the user. The adjustable screw down back-stop guide can be used on either side of the cutting table or removed completely for larger jobs.
The lower table shelf can be used as storage for none task related items, or for material being used on the current job.

This model has been constructed using durable all metal, painted with long lasting protection for years to come. The acrylic safety guard also serves as a guide for the cutting blade lever bar. The lever guillotine bar is spring loaded to ensure the blade will not fly up or drop down unexpectedly - yet it provides a smooth easy leveraged cut every time. This eliminates both strain on the user and allows for a quick work flow.
