You may not sell or modify the content of this website or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, disassemble or recompile, or otherwise use the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the content on any other web site environment or network environment for any purpose is strictly prohibited, except where as indicated. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the content.

Our online orders are processed through a 128/256 Bit Strong SSL Encryption secure environment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cheque and Cash on pick-up orders. Leasing options are available as well on some product.

All our orders are reviewed manually before processing and shipment. For your security as the card holder, you may be contacted to verify your order and to ensure the accuracy of the information you have submitted through our online order system. ORE reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. ORE reserves the right to collect, store and maintain information you provide including personal or corporate information used to identify you when ordering from or viewing our website. Data may include private information you have provided, and non-private public information gathered during your visit to our website including your IP address, URL's you have visited, browser data and ISP data.

We do not rent, sell, share or provide personal information about you to other people. Your information will only be passed on to affiliated companies if it is required to provide you with products or services, which you have requested, to register or complete any registration process for equipment, software, warranty, and/or service(s) as required by the manufacturer of product(s) you have purchased, and to deliver or service products or services you have purchased or requested.

When you purchase through our online system - a "primary email address" is required to verify the purchase (ensure any email address used is updated with your credit card company).  Hotmail or other public based email address in the purchasing section of our web site may delay or cancel the purchase automatically.  Email advertising distribution is only sent to people: who have previously signed up on our web site as "Members", or through one of our online forms, or where prior contact information has been obtained through our sales process as authorized contact information when you purchase or contact us.

We respect your privacy and any information you provide about yourself on this website will never be released, except as required by a legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Shipping Terms

When you place an order from our online system, we rely on the information to be true, correct and accurate. This includes information such as full name, email, billing/mailing and shipping address, payment information (cardholder mailing address, credit card numbers and expiration date), and any other transaction related information which must be current, true and accurate. You will solely be responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage and cost incurred by missing, incorrect or incomplete information you have provided when making your purchase.

Upon purchasing from ORE, you will receive a copy of your order via email to the billing email address you have entered when ordering. Please review this order information and advise ORE of any corrections or additions on your order. We may also send you a second email confirming shipment when your order is released.

ORE ships by regular ground rates using common carrier and reserves the right to change shipment carrier and/or service with-out notice at our discretion. Shipping times may vary and are stated on our website as estimated "business day" transit times only. Once shipped, ORE assumes no responsibility for delivery delays and errors or omissions.

All shipping rates are based on main shipping routes - you may be contacted on shipping adjustments outside of urban delivery points for any other region prior to shipment being released. Rates and shipment services available are posted on our website in real-time during the check-out process.

Extended Delivery Note: For Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut - the posted shipping rates are "estimates only". You will be contacted to finalize shipping rates once your order is placed - or you can contact us to obtain a quote on shipping prior to ordering.

Shipment of product is sent by common carrier as per their terms of shipment and declarations. Shipments are shipped uninsured, but can be insured at an added cost - contact us to obtain a quote and have the cost of insured value added to your order manually. All shipments are sent at the liability of the consignee/purchaser, unless arrangements are made with ORE prior to releasing the shipment to the carrier.

For any loss / damage occurring during transit, you must NOTIFY ORE IN WRITING WITH-IN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. ORE is not responsible for damages, loss, or delays incurred during or while product is in shipment transit, unless insured prior to shipment. We will work to resolve any damage claim issue with the carrier in such event by submitting a claim on behalf of you as the consignee. It is recommended to provide photographic proof of the damages, both of the damages to the equipment and original packaging / boxes the equipment was shipped in, showing clearly the extent of the damages in order to provide valid proof of any claim with the carrier. If visible damages are present when received - you must note those damages on the bill of lading or shipment signature copy with the common carrier upon receipt. All original damaged packaging must be kept and stored with the damaged equipment until you are notified to either hold for the freight company's inspection, or return to ORE - or any claim may be rejected by the carrier. ORE reserves the right to re-ship replacement product to you for goods damaged in transit until the outcome of a claim has been finalized with the carrying freight company. ORE cannot be held responsible for any and all additional loss incurred as a result of shipping damages or delays, including but not limited to: planned production or labor costs associated with you ordering the equipment, administration costs, lost time, material loss, and any or all other remedies resulting from the delays associated with carrier damages or shipment delays.

Warranty and Returns Terms

All Warranty claims are as per the product manufacturer's terms and conditions as outlined in their warranty statement(s) listed directly on the manufacturer's website. ORE may post warranty information on our own website for each manufacturer, but ORE is not responsible for errors or omissions with the manufacturer since their terms can change at any time with-out prior notice. In the event of an error / omission, the manufacturer's website warranty information will be upheld under any and all circumstances.

A "Warranty claim" will not be expressed or honored until product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging for evaluation and authorization by ORE and the manufacturer of the purchased equipment.

A "RA" Return Authorization number is required to be obtained from ORE for all returns and warranty claim items prior to being returned to ORE. Shipments being returned with-out proper "RA" Return Authorization clearly marked on the address label and bill of lading will be refused at purchasers expense. When you receive your RA with return instructions, product must be received by ORE with-in fifteen (15) days from the date the RA number was issued. In some cases, we may direct you to ship the warranty claim product directly to the manufacturer which will be bound under the same terms and conditions outlined here.

All product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and be in its original shipped condition. Return and warranty claim product must also include any accessories, manuals and parts as originally shipped to you. Product not returned in original packaging will be subject to a repackaging on the cost of the original purchase price to a maximum of a 25% repackaging fee. Any missing manuals, parts or accessories will be charged for replacement at regular cost. All Shipment return costs and handling cost are the responsibility of the purchaser and shipping costs are non-refundable on items returned for any reason. Any damages to returned product before received by ORE are the responsibility of the purchaser and are subject to repair or replacement costs as assessed once return item has been received by ORE. ORE reserves the right to with-hold or deduct any of the above costs from any refund owing.

ORE-Office Resources & Equipment reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions under the laws of the Municipal Town of Ajax, the Province of Ontario and Federal jurisdictions in Canada which shall govern these terms and conditions. 

By using and viewing this website, or by purchasing from ORE whether online or offline - you as the visitor further agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the region of Durham, Ontario for any legal court disputes relating to any claim, or breach of our terms and conditions.
