Our online orders are processed through a 128 bit SSL secure environment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cheque and cash on pick-up orders.

All our orders are reviewed manually before complete processing and shipment. For your security protection, you may be contacted to verify your order and to ensure the accuracy of the information you have submitted through our online order system.

If you ever have any questions or concerns about ordering online from ORE, please contact us and we would be happy to help or provide an alternate means of ordering.

We do not rent, sell, share or provide personal information about you to other people.  Your information will only be passed on to affiliated companies if it is required to provide you with products or services, which you have requested, to register or complete any registration process for equipment, software, warranty, and/or service(s) as required by the manufacturer of product(s) you have purchased, and to deliver or service products or services you have purchased or requested.

When you purchase through our online system--a "primary email address" is required to verify the purchase (ensure any email address used is updated with your credit card company).  Hotmail or other public based email address' in the purchasing section of our web site may delay or cancel the purchase automatically.  We do not advertise to any of the email address' submitted to our online purchasing system unless it is specifically requested.  Email advertising distribution is only sent to people: who have previously signed up on our web site as "Members", or where prior contact information has been obtained through our sales process as authorised lead contact information.

We respect your privacy and any information you provide about yourself on this website will never be released, except as required by a legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Shipping Terms

Shipments of product are sent by common carrier as per their terms of shipment and declarations. Shipments are shipped uninsured, but can be insured at an added cost - contact us to have us quote and add the cost of insured values to your orders manually. All shipments are sent at the liability of the consignee/purchaser, unless prior arrangements are made with ORE prior to releasing the shipment. Shipping times may vary and are stated on our website as "business day" transit times only. Once shipped, ORE assumes no responsibility for delivery delays and errors or omissions.

Additional Shipping Rates and Charges Note: For Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut - the proceeding shipping rates are "estimates only". You will be contacted to finalize shipping rates once your order is placed.

All shipping rates are based on main shipping routes - you may be contacted on shipping adjustments outside of urban delivery points for any other region prior to shipment being released.

Warranty and Returns Terms

All Warranty claims and returns for claim are as per the product manufacturer's terms and conditions as outlined in their warranty statements. "Warranty claim" is not expressed until product is returned for evaluation and authorization by ORE and the manufacturer of the purchased equipment.

All Returns and product must be returned in it's original packaging and be in it's original shipped condition. Product not returned in original packaging will be subject to a cost of the original purchase price to a maximum of a 25% repackaging fee. All Shipment return costs and handling cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any damages to returned product before received by ORE are the responsibility of the purchaser and are subject to repair or replacement costs as assessed once return item has been received by ORE.

ORE-Office Resources & Equipment reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions. The laws of the Municipal Town of Ajax, the Province of Ontario and Federal Canada, shall govern these terms and conditions and use of the Website and the user submits to the jurisdiction of the Municipal Town of Ajax with respect to any dispute relating to use of the web site or content.
